Every rescue has a name.
A few of the dogs whose lives changed because somebody showed up.
Frog
Frog. Found on a road. Given a future.
I found a French Bulldog on the road, hit by a car. I called her Frog. I paid her vet bills myself and sat up with her through the night.
When I shared Frog’s story, people helped with her care. The dog in these photographs is the reason I believe one real story matters more than any slogan.
Frog is the first dog I showed publicly and asked for help for. That was 2021. I rehomed her right after she recovered. Today she is healthy and happy in her new home.

A recent one
A rescue that needed hospital care.
She needed veterinary isolation because of a viral illness. Each dog arrives with different needs, and the outcome should be told only when it is confirmed.
Luna
The night that changed everything.
I went to collect a pregnant French Bulldog who had been kept in a plastic crate and appeared badly neglected. I left injured, with a fracture beneath my right eye, but I brought her out.
She is safe now, spayed, living seven minutes from me with a good man. I called her Luna. He calls her Bella.
